The customer controls what operational data is entered into the system and is responsible for ensuring that entered data is lawful and accurate.

The system is designed as an online server-side platform. Access is controlled through user accounts and administrative permissions.
5. Data sharing
Operational data is not sold. Data may be processed by infrastructure or payment providers only where needed to deliver the service, billing, security or compliance.
6. Retention
Operational data may be retained while the customer account is active or as required for reporting, legal, accounting or security reasons.
