SYSTEM2030 Crane is sold as online software access. Refunds depend on the plan type, activation status and individual commercial terms.
1. Subscription plans
For Standard and Pro subscription plans, customers may cancel future renewal according to the payment provider process. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
2. Onboarding and custom work
Premium setup, custom implementation, configuration, onboarding or dedicated work may be non-refundable once work has started, unless separate written terms say otherwise.
3. Technical issues
If a verified technical issue prevents access to the purchased software and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund or service credit may be considered.
4. Abuse
Refunds may be refused in cases of misuse, unauthorized access, violation of terms or fraudulent activity.
